These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MeetSara website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MeetSara provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers calls, takes messages, captures caller information, and can assist with scheduling for your business. Service features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts and Setup
You agree to provide accurate business information during setup and to keep it current. You are responsible for how calls are forwarded to the service from your phone lines.
3. Billing
– The service is billed at $99 per month per line unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– No setup fees. No long-term contract.
– Billing recurs monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable for partial months except where required by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by phone, text, or email. Service continues through the end of the current billing period, after which Sara stops answering and no further charges occur.
5. Call Recording and Data
– Calls handled by the service may be recorded and transcribed so we can deliver messages, summaries, and quality improvements.
– You are responsible for complying with call-recording laws applicable to your business and callers, including any notice or consent requirements in your state.
– Your business data and your callers’ information are handled per our Privacy Policy.
6. Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, messaging is governed by our SMS & RVM Opt-In/Out Policy. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit threatening or fraudulent content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend service for violations.
8. Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telephone carriers, hosting providers, and other third parties we rely on may experience outages beyond our control.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” The AI receptionist is designed to handle calls professionally, but we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, transcribed, or routed without error. You should not rely on the service as your sole channel for emergency or time-critical communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
