Our Story
After spending 30 years working with home service contractors, I realized that most small businesses have a hard time dealing with their phones. Everyone wants a great receptionist, but nobody could afford one. Until now.
There’s no excuse for missing calls, sending important people to voicemail, or worse. Nobody wants to treat customers poorly, but most people don’t have the money it takes to really fix the problem.
Unwanted calls are the other big problem. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been interrupted with calls from pushy salespeople halfway around the world, and I didn’t think I was alone.
MeetSara is my answer to fixing all these problems forever. Now you can have every call answered professionally for pennies a day, and that’s something we’re very proud of.

We don’t charge setup fees ever. You’ll answer a few questions when you sign up, and we’ll take it from there.
No problem. Let us know how many more lines you need, and we’ll get right to work. New lines can typically be programmed the same day.
Yes. When you sign up, we’ll configure everything so you don’t have to. Sara reads your Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar and only offers slots you mark as available. If you don’t use a digital calendar, that’s no problem; either we just need to know your ability, and MeetSara takes care of the rest.
No problem. All notifications are sent with a link to the call recording. Recordings are archived for 30 days and can be saved for an unlimited amount of time at you’re request.
It’s like a light switch you can turn on and off as many times as you like. Most people never turn it off because we can give you a chance to answer yourself and let MeetSara pick up if you can’t. That way, you never have to worry about off and on.
